Candidate Profile (What we are looking for):
• Minimum graduate.
• 1-5 years work experience in BFSI industry with preferably 1 year of team management experience
• Concept selling experience & knowledge of local language preferred
• Minimum 3 years in the location applied for and large contact base
• Age group: 25-35 years
• Excellent job knowledge
• High energy levels
• Self driven & dynamic personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Accountability
P.S.:-Local Candidates from BAGALKOT/BIDAR(KARNATAKA)who are self employed in the field of Sales related to Banking,Financial Services and Insurance related field for more than 1 year and having huge contact base are eligible for this position.

Job Description (What they do):
• Recruit, manage & motivate advisor sales teams
o Recruit advisors
o Managing advisors as they could be from varied backgrounds & age groups
o Motivating the advisors as they would not be employed with I Pru and hence they would have to be managed with a high degree of sensitivity
• Business generation and subsequent business
o Not just selling a policy but ensuring that the policy does not lapse and the advisor / UM is in constant touch with the customer
• Prospecting: Managing the prospect base of advisors
o Guiding the advisors on their prospect base & also helping them in generating new prospects
• Lead Management
o Assistance in lead generation as well as fulfilling the leads generated
• Develop advisor quality through on-the-job training. (Product knowledge/ selling skills etc.)
o In addition to the training provided, an UM would have to constantly groom and develop selling skills of the advisors
• Activity ratio: ensure that all the Advisors are activated.
o Ensuring that every advisor in the unit logs in policies in a month and track their performance
Ø Strictly adhere to I Pru Management process (any deviance could lead to cancellation of advisor license)
