To identify and recruit good prospective insurance advisors, train them on-the-job and achieve set business targets through them

Revenue: 40 Lacs of Annualised Premium
Manpower (No.): 25 Advisors
3) Major Challenges & Decision Making
To recruit and retain quality advisors, train them, and lead the team to reach targets. The competition is intense with many private sector companies entering the field at the same time. To get quality insurance advisors in required numbers and achieve periodic business target is a challenge. The product introduced by us is a new product in the market. To hand hold the advisors and make them understand the unique selling proposition of our products and instil confidence in them to sell it is a challenge. To keep the motivation level of insurance advisors and arrest attrition of advisors is a challenge
