Short Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Acts as a Staff Nurse. Reports to the Charge Nurse. Handles 2 – 3
patients per shift based on census. Regular time 8 hours, 6 days per
week.
Responsibilities:
Assessment and provision of care to patients
Admission and discharge of patients
Monitoring of patients
Carries out physician's orders
Assists patients seeking consultation in the Emergency Department
------------------------------------------------------JOB DESCRIPTION:
Acts as a Staff Nurse in different areas under CCES, on rotation
basis. Reports to the Charge Nurse. Handles 2 – 3 patients per
shift based on census. Regular time 8 hours but extends to 12 hours
depending on the availability of the staff, 5-6 days per week with
overtime. Reports on on-call basis upon doctor’s orders especially
in Hemodialysis Unit.
Responsibilities:
Assessment and provision of care to patients confined in CCES units.
Admission and discharge of patients
Intensive monitoring of patients
Preparation and monitoring of patients with AVG, AVF and Central Line
Catheters who will undergo hemodialysis and CRRT.
Manages dialysis machines(Nurse-Technician)
Carries out physician's orders
