Short Description
Major Responsibilities:
Involvement in full recruitment life cycle along with an extensive knowledge about the same.
Understanding the requirement and accordingly mapping them with the profiles.
Involved in different Recruiting techniques such as vendor networking, job portals, referrals, head hunting, networking etc.
Conducting the first level of screening on the basis of different parameters, e.g.: communication skills, work experience, in-depth of knowledge (self rated).
Negotiating and thus trying to close the candidate within the company’s salary bands.
Issuing the offer letter and following up with the candidate till the day of joining.
Extensively involved in making different policies like referral policy, relocation, candidate assessment, salary bands etc.
