Job Profile
KRA:- • Materials Management.
• Purchase and Inventory Control.
• Timely procurement of project materials
• Cost Control
• ISO 9000 & ISO 14000 related activities.
• Disposal of Material.
• System Administration for BAAN.
• Rigorous Follow Up
Job Description:- • Understand the end users requirement, Receiving and Evaluating Quotations, Negotiation, Placing Order, Follow up for on time Delivery, and Pending orders, Co - ordination with Corporate Purchase Department
• Receiving material and arrange for Inspection, Supervise on Material Handling, Storage, Material Disbursement, Inventory control, Data entry in BAAN, Implement Code Identification Logic, Safety & Security of stores and Housekeeping
• Material Billing and Payment, Verification of Data Entry in the System, Documentation on Day-to-Day basis.
• Co- ordination with Corporate Disposal Section for Disposal of Scrap, Supervise on Weighment and Counting and Item Segregation.
• ISO Documentation.
• System Administration for BAAN, Data Entry and Verification
• Reduce & Control Inventory
• Applying the right taxes and duties
Requisite Qualification
Essential • B.E. / B. Tech. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with First Class is must.
Preferred • B.E. / B. Tech. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with First Class is must.
Requisite Experience
Essential • 6 to 8 Years experience in similar profile.
Preferred • 6 to 8 Years experience in similar profile.
