Requirement :
Job Title: LEGAL MANAGER-VF
Job Description:
• Candidate should handle legal activities of the branches in AP 2 Region ( Legal Cases against the co., / by co.
• Have a sound knowledge in shortfall collection ( Overdues arrived after selling of seized vehicles )
• Responsible for empanelment & handling panel Advocates
• Liaison between HO Legal team & External Agencies
• Achievement of shortfall collection targets
• Hardcore Traveling – Minimum 15 days in a month
Total exp: 2 to 5 years ( Handling Sec 138 & Arbitration Awards )
Qualification:
Bachelor of Law / Any legal degree
