JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidates should be
• Thoroughly Fluent in English with excellent creative writing skills
• Experienced in writing jingles, scripts, copywriting, creative writing (humourous also) in English
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop concepts for the promos, commercials and regular shows.
• Write for campaigns, punch lines, etc.
• Write / develop scripts for commercials on the basis of details and specifications of the client and Sales Manager.
• Contribute and develop ideas for the show concepts, show content, contests being organized, promos, commercials etc based on the brief received from the Programming Head, Marketing Team and the Sales Team.
• Assist Radio Jockeys in developing their show content as and when required.
• Translate and adapt into English, the material received from other stations and give it a local / regional flavour for transmission.
• Coordinate with team members based at other locations, for inputs for developing script and show content.
