Short Description
IS&T Enterprise Applications- SAP HR System Analyst
• Background:
Electronics for Imaging (EFI) has been live on SAP-HR (Release 4.7) since October 2004. We are a global company and have implemented world-wide PA, Org Management, Benefits (US), ESS, MSS, and Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM) with Extension Set 2.0, and the Payroll outsourcing interface to Pro Business payroll. We are looking for someone who can configure and support the system when necessary as well as lead new project initiatives. As a member of the IS&T team, you will be the Configuration Team Lead for all new HR projects and also provide ongoing production support. You would assume a critical role for all future initiates within the module.
• Requirements:
o 5+ years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in HR module (including PA, PD, Organization Management, US Benefits, Executive Compensation Management (ECM), ESS, MSS.
o 8+ years of total work experience
o Experience in either SAP 4.6c, 4.7, or ECC
o Experience on at least 1 full life cycle SAP implementation
o MBA HR or equivalent work experience
o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills
o Flexible - able to pick up new modules/other applications as required
o Work out of EFI Bangalore office
• Nice to haves:
o SAP ECC 6.0
o Payroll Outsourcing to Pro Business
o Experience with a global SAP HR implementation
o SAP Time Management
