Short Description
This is regarding urgent job opening in India’s Leading Top Pharmaceuticals company based at Chennai (Job location Alathur).
1) Process Engineering / Projects Engineering B E / B Tech 3 to 6 yrs
Through knowledge of Erection & Commssg of Projects : conceptualization, basic &
detailed engineering, equipment sizing and selection, heat & mass balance, P&ID's
Layout piping drawings and related documentation.
Through in Erection and Commissioning.
Operation & Maintenance of Chemical Plants in Pharma Industry / Petrochemical Industry .
Maintenance :
A ) Mechanical :- BE / B Tech / Diploma 3 to 7 yrs
Exposure to equipments like SS / Glass lined reactors, Vacuum pumps, centifuges,
dryers, clean room, HVAC, etc.
B ) Utility:- BE / B Tech / Diploma 3 to 7 yrs
Experience in operation of low ( -70 deg C ) and medium temp ( -10 deg C ) vapour compression,
vapour absorption refrigeration systems, fire tube boilers, air compressors, nitrogen plants
cooling towers, Boilers, compressors, chilling plants & pumps
BOE certificate & A class Certificate for Boiler Operations
C ) Sterile Maintenance:- BE / B Tech / Diploma 3 to 7 yrs
Operation & Maintenance of Sterile Plants in Pharma Industry / Chemical Industry.
Maintenance of clean room, HVAC system, chilling plants, freeze dryers.
Maintenance of Sterile equipments like ANFD, VTD, Autoclave, Dry Heat Sterlizer, WFI Distribution units
Pure Steam generators etc.
D ) Electrical:- BE / B Tech / Diploma 3 to 7 yrs
Maintenance & Operation of Chemical Plants / Sterile Plants
Knowledge of Power plant operations. Should hold C grade license.
E) Instrumentation:- BE / B Tech / Diploma 2 to 3 yrs
Maintenance & Operation of Chemical Plants / Sterile Plants
Exp in the field of process control instruments & understanding
of wiring drawings, PID and loop schemes. Basics of PLC's
systems operation and maintenance.
