PHP DEVELOPERS – BARCELONA

Our client is a world leader in the international internet billing market. Recent rapid growth and expansion have created vacancies for PHP Developers (junior and senior) for their central Barcelona office location.
The successful candidates will form part of their Software Engineering team contributing to building and developing the payment process solution. The responsibilities include:
? designing and coding HTML and web service applications
? drafting design and user documentation
? working within the development team to ensure delivery of high-quality product
? collaborating with QA team
? collaborating with the Integration team
? responsibility for own daily schedule
To succeed, you MUST have:
• at least 2 years PHP programming – more desirable
• strong knowledge of SQL
• sound DB design skills
• advanced Linux user
• Fluent spoken and written English – Spanish not required
Willingness to undertake technical evaluation (remotely) is also a pre-requisite.
Desirable qualities:
• experience with affiliate programs
• knowledge of web application security
• experience developing AJAX based applications
• knowledge/experience in OLAP and reporting
• experience with MySQL
• project management exposure
