We, the Talent acquisition team of Get Friday, KPO division of TTK Services Private Limited is conducting a Walk-in interview on 3rd & 4th of November 2012 @ our office in Bangalore to recruit talents for the following openings.

Get Friday is a KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) firm located at Bangalore. We provide global clients with virtual administrative and secretarial assistance. Our services include but not limited to Research, Calendar management, Accounting, Customer relations, Travel and several others.

Get Friday a KPO division of TTK Services Pvt. Ltd., is a member of the TTK Group of companies. The TTK Group has a turnover in excess of Rs.2250 crore and has been a trusted name since 1928, both in India and across the world. The group has created and been associated with several leading consumer brands, including several household names in India.

Position open
REA (Remote Executive Assistant):- An REA provides virtual administrative and secretarial assistance to their clients. Clients outsource different types of tasks ranging from research, calendar management, accounting, customer relations, travel and several others. A few key features of this job are:-
a. Unlike a typical BPO voice or semi voice process the REAs speak to clients only if they want to receive or want to clarify instructions from clients about their projects or tasks.
b. Multiple Domains and International Exposure: - Clients from 30 odd countries across the globe from different business segments.
c. Business Administration: - Work as a part of the clients extended team. Hence have an overall understanding of how businesses function across multiple domains like research, accounting, secretarial work, etc.
d. Decision Making: - Make qualitative decisions and recommendations on behalf of clients.
e. Project Management: - Involve in planning, outsourcing and timely completion of various projects.

Most of our clients fall into either one of the below categories:-
a. Small Business Owners (Software & web design, E-Commerce, accounts, etc...)
b. Busy Professionals (Attorneys, Doctors, Accountants, Authors, Management professionals, people in the entertainment industry, etc...)
c. We also do have clients who are students, retired citizens, housewives, etc…
