Short Description
Recruit Direct PBAs,identify and create PBAs from existing advisor base
Develop BAs throughcoaching, training, team management and support, etc.
Drive BAs to recruitadvisors in their team, make them active on business month-on-month, drivehigher case rate per active advisor and case to achieve business targets
Provide operationalsupport to BAs in terms of business submission, issuance, pending resolve, newadvisor licensing, etc.
Plan, Monitor andReview BAs on a regular basis to drive their team Activity, Case Rate andCase Size
Ensure that the BAsare meeting their team targets and improving their performance and earningsconsistantly
Ensure that A&H& Pension targets are met through a healthy product mix
Work with BAs to driverecruitment of new advisors
Undertake activitieslike Career Opportunity Presentations and other footfall activities to driverecruitment
Provide support toBAs to organize COPs & other events as required
Follow theRecruitment process as laid down by the company for recruitment of new agents to ensure both quality and quantity of recruitment
Help the BA developmore leaders in his direct and indirect teams, and thus progress onto highercareer levels
Help the BA in developingagents in direct and indirect teams to enable them to move to higher careerlevels and thus earn more
Coach and mentor theBAs to develop the right knowledge and skills
Ensure good qualitybusiness to achieve the required persistency standards.
Monitor collection ofmodal FYP and Renewal premiums
Ensure compliance tointernal sales process & other compliance standards
Maintain requiredtrackers & reports to be submitted to various stakeholders
