Job Description
1. Generating leads/queries and inventory trough cold calling and field activities.
2. Obtain relevant information from Customer like budget, preferred location etc.
3. Follow up with prospective client, inquiries and guide about suitable property.
4. Giving basic understanding about the property, market and price to the client.
5. Provide best possible solution to the client.
6. Convinces and motivate the Customer for an office visit & site visit
7. Taking the customer to site visits and giving the complete details of available options and close the deals
8. Ensuring client expectations are exceeded in terms of customer service standards in order to grow the loyalty of the customer base.
9. Keep close watch on the real estate market trends & reports – complete scan on commercial formats, competition analysis, existing & upcoming real estate developments, & commercial procedures.
10. Responsible for submission of daily reports.
11. Work under the supervision of Sr. Manager/Director

 Salary: Fixed Good Salary (up to 1.8 L PA) + Conveyance Allowance + Mobile.
