Engaging the customer in passionate dialogue one to one, on a highly personalized basis and facilitate the selection & acquisition of high-end jewelery, diamonds and collectibles of his/her choice.
Put forth in style and class the most exquisite collection of dazzling diamonds and pepper it with the nuances & subtleness of the collection and help the customer make a informed choice to suit his persona and need.
Involve the Domain/Product Expert Colleagues and Designer who will be more than glad to be a part of your dialogue with a discerning customer to customize his requirement to suit his taste.
Pro actively stay connected to the Customer through various means to evolve and build a long lasting relationship.
Help Buy, Never Sell. 'Own your customer'
Desired Profile :
People Friendly, Charming, Well groomed, Warm, and Sensitive. Excellent Communication and ability to connect to people. Ability to store people faces and names will help.
High on EQ (Emotional Quotient) with a flair to reach out to people and treat them as though they were at our home.
Candidates from AVIATION (Ground staff, Cabin crew) , HOSPITALITY and Premium brands in RETAIL industry are preferred.
