Position: - Application support Analyst (People Soft)
Job Description:
1) Support PeopleSoft HRMS/CRM Application
2) Appropriation and involvement of suitable skills / advice (via the appropriate Team Leader) if these resources do not exist within the team.
3) Liaison with on-shore resources (both IT staff and users) regarding the precise nature of the task if this is not clear.
4) Provision of adequate cover as defined in the SLA's over the required support hours
5) Managing the CR process and ensuring that technical assessments and specifications are produced for the development team to use for coding.
6) PeopleSoft Application Support Team is responsible for supporting PeopleSoft HRMS, CRM & E-Performance Applications used by CC.
Required Skills:
1) Experience in Production Support for Modules like Admin Workforce, E-Performance, PeopleSoft Security
2) Working Knowledge on SQL , SQR , Application Engine and People Code
3) PeopleSoft HRMS 8.3 and 9.1 versions or CRMS 8.3 and 9.1
4) Comfortable with People Tools version 8.51
5) Techno-Functional in HRMS versions 8.3 and 9.1.
6) Experience in PeopleSoft Migrations Activity
