Short Description
•Handling incoming telephone calls from both existing and prospective customers and dealing with all queries in a professional manner.
-Making proactive outbound calls to retain existing customers.
-Making proactive outbound calls to potential new customers.
•To take calls concerning difficult customers/complaints in a polite and professional manner.
•To prepare and dispatch information packs to potential new and existing members.
•Attend Team Meetings and new business briefings and contribute positive suggestions.
•To ensure legal compliance with all aspects of the Company’s business
•To demonstrate an all round knowledge of the Company’s products
•To ensure all administration tasks are completed within a satisfactory time
•To ensure the timely communication of information to colleagues and line management
•To develop and maintain relationships with financial advisers and external organisations
•Managing your time and multi-tasking
•Willing to work in UK Shift
