Short Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Reviewing estimates for the presales team.
Handling complex technical RFP's along with the sales team.
Solution architecture and proposal presentation.
Help the presales team in collateral preparation.
Assistance in setting application development standards and methodologies.
Identifying risks and issues related to software design, development and implementation and drive risk mitigation.
Train / Mentoring people in the technology front.
Clarifying technical queries to the clients.
Desired Profile:
An Engineering degree with at least 10 years of experience. Willing to take up complete architecture roles & responsibilities. Ready to handle customer queries/escalations.
Work experience (development) of about 3+ years with complete knowledge of SDLC.
Highly experienced in various technologies.
Technology savvy with development experience.
Awareness of various estimation techniques.
Ability to adapt to newer technologies and guide the team within a short span.
Provide technical leadership and supervision to team members in broad technical areas from basic software development methodologies to guidance on complex technical issues.
Required Soft Skills:
Very sound communication skills with command of written and spoken English.
Exposure to International clients and working with US clients will be a plus.
Very sound ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.
Very sound ability to take on multiple assignments.
Very sound problem solving skills.
Very sound mentoring skills.
