Right4staff are proud to be recruiting for a in for the reputed cement industry. Due to continued success, we are looking for a PA to the MD to ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-day operations.
Duties to include but not limited to:
• Be involved in the decision-making process
• Producing management reports, briefings and presentations
• Management of confidential files (electronic and Manual files)
• Efficiently screen enquiries and requests, handling them where possible
• Carry out specific projects and research
• Organise travel, entertainment, diaries and office
The successful applicant will have the following:
• Authoritative and decisive nature
• Excellent organisation and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Responsible and proactive attitude
• Creativeness in all aspects of work
• Fully IT literate with emphasis on advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Flexibility and adaptability with hours of work
• Recent experience within a similar PA role
