VACANCY ADEVERTISEMENT:
Dr.Healthsmith’s, a multi-disciplinary clinic with its presence in three prominent locations in South Delhi, needs the following candidates for immediate recruitment for its branches in Defence Colony and Saket. The salary and other allowances are negotiable.
Preference would be given to women candidates with at least 3 years of work experience in the holistic and health centers or hospitals. Freshers are also welcome.
1. Dietician cum counselor(2);
Educational qualification: P.G or Master’s degree in food and nutrition or equivalent.
Graduation: Degree in science preferably Home science or equivalent.
Minimum work experience; 3 years
Roles and Requisites:
a. A desire to lead a team and work independently in consultation with the clinic manager.
b. A thorough knowledge of diets and its trend in the current situation.
c. Zeal to learn and think innovation. Candidate with English fluency
d. One to one counseling with the clients with regular follow-ups in accordance with the requirements of the departments.
e. He or she should be good in sales and must maintain a target based on the requirement of the clinic in consultation with CM.


2. CLINIC MANAGER(1):
Educational qualification: P.G or Master’s in food and nutrition/hospital administration/medicine/Ayurveda or equivalent.
Graduation: Degree in science
Minimum experience: At least four year in equivalent position.





Roles and responsibilities:
1. A strong selling and marketing skills. Should be extremely good in communication skills.
2. Leadership skill to manage the whole team and work independently for the overall growth of the company.
3. Counseling skills and knowledge of various services.
4. Candidate who can maintain a favorable sale volume per month.
5. Reporting to the management on daily basis. A fair rate of business conversion rate upon walk in clients and leads.

3. Ayurveda Panchkarma therapist (3):
Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 or diploma
Professional qualification: Degree, diploma in Ayurveda Panchkarma therapy from an institute of repute or hospital.
Minimum experience: 3 years in a clinic or hospital or Panchkarma center.
Preferences: Trained from Kerala.
The candidates should have strong knowledge of all the treatments and preparations of all Panchkarma therapies.
