Position : Center Head for A Premier Educational Client of Shristi Consultants

Qualification:

1.Graduate: From a reputed institute.
2.PG: in MBA degree.
3.Ph. D: in any management subject (Desirable).

Experience: Not less than 5 yrs. as Dean/ Campus Head.

Role Summary:

1.Managing and maintaining the center and to ensure proper execution of Center operations.
2.The incumbent will be liable for quality academic delivery in addition to the management of the class and the smooth functioning of the center.
3.Administration and Management -- Knowledge of business and management principles.
4.Monitoring that the basic amenities and utilities at the center is working and paid for in time.
5.Managing Student Dropout & Upgrade.
6.Ensuring High Attendance & Low Absenteeism Rates of Students / Faculties.
7.Ensuring Faculty’s availability as per centralized schedule.
8.Applicants must be committed to high-quality education and be willing to use instructional and web-based innovative technologies.
9.Commitment to excellence in teaching undergraduates, post graduates and mentoring of junior faculty is essential.
10.Expertise in teaching management subjects and education delivery is a must.
11.Be able to assist faculty and students, solve their queries and act as a mentor for the students thereby helping them improve constantly.
