We are looking for a “Senior Project/Construction Manager” for a Permanent position with our client in Singapore/ Vietnam. Requirements
• At least 12 years’ experience in hands-on-infrastructure with minimum 5 years in managerial position
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams to develop and deliver on a common vision
• Strong people skills to deal with on-site engineers, contractors and authorities
• Proven track records working on mixed development projects
• Responsible for day to day technical direction and implementation by the construction and development team for infrastructure projects as directed by the General Director
• Prepare reports, technical proposals, program, project management, expenditure control
• Good working knowledge in Vietnam culture and market essentials preferred
• Willing to be stationed in North Vietnam
Responsibilities
• To lead the development and construction team in North Vietnam, Hai Phong
