Short Description
Profile – Manager (Commercial Services)
Assisting Commercial Services Division.
Responsible for carrying out market research, feasibility studies and planning
marketing strategies for leasing of new commercial projects across the country.
Responsible for developing new clients and follow-up, meeting new and existing
developers.
Generate reports relating to all clients, stocks and other activities of the
commercial leasing division.
Develop specific business plans to ensure revenue growth.
Keeping a track of work progress, timely reports and MIS generation.
Managing complex sales cycle with B2B selling process in multinational
companies.
Preparation of presentations & proposals and demonstrations for the clients.
Frequent contact with commercial project’s facility managers, developers, MNC,
corporate and professional organizations.
Developing database with names, addresses and contact details & developing new
contracts, partnership, build client relationships and focus on getting continuous
sales.
