Short Description
Requirement for building a dynamic site:
Adding flash, blog and forum , which require sigle sign on for all users.
Admin area for approving account requests, point redemption requests, forum, blog posts. Giving points to users.
Integrating with bank sites, online gift shop etc.
Screens for users to create their professional business card, for admin to manage accounts.
Should have attended web desinging training.
Any graduation from recognised university.

Html, mysql
Optional skills:
Knowledge on site softwares for building forums and blogs.
Knowledge on Java and jsps would have an advantage.
