Short Description
Networking Skill
· Carry out nominal planning for 2G, existing networks
· Perform network detailed planning such as site parameter planning, LAC planning, frequency planning and neighbor list planning for 2G
· Ability to perform site identifications and evaluations and analyze site engineering drawings and schematics.
· Carry out high level model tuning and traffic analysis for 2G
· Carry out coverage presentation for customer if require
· Perform continues coverage planning based on the different scenario & services
Optimisation Skills
· Perform network optimization data analysis for 2G
· Provide technical creativity in solving problems
· Recommend parameters change and perform advance analysis for 2G
· Define and Analyse drive routes and prepare Mapinfo reports
· Prepare daily performance report and identify worst performing cells
· Monitor the KPI based on cell site and area wide, and improve the KPI
· Maintenance the KPI, ensure that it archives the target
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· 10 to 15 years experience of network planning or network optimization
· Have good concepts of transmission
· Provide technical creativity in solving problems
· Demonstrated ability to implement process and quality control.
· Engineering Degree in telecommunication
