Short Description
MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage all contractual and cost related aspects of building projects from the initial calculations to the final figures of large scale commercial MEP projects.
Responsibilities:
• Perform risk and value analysis, monthly project progress valuations as well as cost control.
• Developing knowledge relevant to contract conditions and their applications.
• Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or its equivalent qualification.
• 5 years experience in a similar role in large scale MEP projects.
