Should be able to read and interpret the design drawings
Should be capable of handling outside inspections and also carry out in house inspections
Machining knowledge- components
Knowledge about Valves technical- asembly/ manufacturing.
Adequate knowledge of relevant codes and standards
Sub contracting capability. Should be able to interact and get work done from subcontractors
Man management skills- Should have good interpersonal skills.
Casting and forging process- Knowledge of the same.
