Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct small to medium engagements on your own, or with a small team.
* Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously with minimal direction.
* Maintain current hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft software development tools and products.
* Design, develop and unit test software solutions that comply with 10th Magnitude and our client's standards and requirements.
* Build and maintain confidence of colleagues, developers, and customers.
* Deliver high-impact, easy to use applications for financial services customers.
* Adhere to, and help improve, 10th Magnitude agile delivery and testing development methodology.

Experience
* 3+ years experience as a developer with strong .Net Fundamentals
* 3 years of practical experience with Object Oriented Design and Design patterns
* Strong, hands-on experience in solution design and development within financial services systems - especially capital markets
* Experience with MSMQ and/or Message queuing Middleware
* Ability to proactively identify issues and coordinate resolutions
* Ability to juggle work and keep clients fully serviced on several projects at the same time
* Good understanding of capital markets technology
* Expert in Core .NET fundamentals (C#, ADO.Net ,ASP.Net and WCF) as well as SQL Server and SSRS
* End-to-end experience in agile software development lifecycle


Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field

Other
* Ability to travel and work at client offices as necessary
