Job Description
We are seeking a “roll up the sleeves” Business Development Mgr to come in and help build the business for the new verticals from the ground up. You will be working in tandem with the Top management team in developing and executing marketing / business strategies and tactics. Key responsibilities include:
Develop and manage marketing programs targeting prospective clients including events, public relations and direct marketing
Develop recruitment marketing programs based on client needs by incorporating proactive strategies and tactics (events, niche internet advertising, banner/pop-up advertising, niche job boards, direct mail, association sponsorship/alliances, user groups, conferences)
Acquiring new clients considering the business need and delivery bandwidth.
Search & filtration of prospective clients, presentation & discussion of proposal, negotiation & closure of deals.
Consulting a client on various HR requirements.
Understand the client requirements and work closely with delivery team and assuring that delivery happens in right manner.
Manage outreach to educational and professional institutions.
Travel in India and internationally (upto 25%) for client meetings and presentations
