JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish very close working relation with Customer and relay their desires to the company
Preparation / submission of tenders for products and follow up of tenders submitted.
Procuring orders and keep track of our Market share and Competitor’s share against tenders being floated and finalized by our Customers.
Follow-up with customers/agents for tenders, Amendments to Purchase Orders, DP extensions, Collection of Sales Tax, C/D forms.
Liaise with PU for timely offering of materials for customer inspection and dispatch.
Correspond with customers/agents for Road permits etc. advice customers about monthly order execution and provide management information on orders received, orders where DP have been expired/received etc.
Interact with customers who call on us for urgent supplies, co-ordinate with PU and service such requirements.
To obtain first hand information about our product performance and also competitor product performance by interacting with customers and dealers.
Interact with the customer in developing new business lines to cater to the customer’s requirements.
Promote principles of 5S in good house keeping of the department.
Actively Implement total quality systems as part of compliance to company’s Policy.
Performing any other duties which the company may reasonably require.
