Short Description
As an IT Recruitment Consultant, the incumbent will be required to:-
1.Take care of end to end recruitment in the IT Sector for the European market. i.e. right from sourcing the cvs out to rolling the offer out.
2. Identify potential consultants in the market and shortlist them.
3. Arrange interviews and get the offer.
4. Once the hire has proven their value they will also start developing business in the market.
5. Direct interactions with potential clients introducing them to the company’s work model,prices and quality of candidates placed.
6. Get requirements and turn them into interviews and get consultants placed
