2. JOB PURPOSE:
To develop & implement effective & best practices of quality audit & quality assurance.
Introduce new design & methodology as per business demand & within the allocated budget.
Continuous drives to excellence in all finishing work with proper implementation of the same.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Quality Audit of Site Execution process & Implementation of Quality systems during Site Execution. Generation of Quality Audit reports. Should be highly Quality conscious & follow or make format for that.

Person should be responsible for strategic planning and quality execution of multiple projects, Responsible for identifying variations.
Should be a team leader, good technical knowledge, self driven & presentable. Coordination with external agencies as well as internal as required. Audit store before, during or after completion & make audit report weather store if fit for operation or not. Make audit report weather store is ready for operation or not.
Good Communication skills and Should have good project management skills.
To ensure an effective communication channel and see to it that information either direct or indirect is passed to the concerned person(s) for implementation or action. Recommend & Make changes as per business demand & ensure the implementation of the same to region.
To assist for the smooth implementation of the system given in SOP [QA] for constant improvement of quality at site level.
To ensure Quality Standards & Quality Assurance as required & responsible for the Quality of all construction activities as per quality norms also maintaining the optimum quality.
To assist in conducting internal & external audits for quality finishing work. Check the quality of work frequently &
To find solutions to the practical problems in execution work.
He should have in depth knowledge of specifications and methodology. To undertake site visit to all Project Sites for quality audits & discuss the report with concerned person for improvement also prepare quality audit reports for evaluation. To prepare site wise weekly Quality evaluation sheet and carry out root cause analysis of activity which is having marks repetitively in quality evaluation.
Should have eye for detail & Should be able to give inputs for improving Quality Standards.
Should have worked in reputed companies executing retail projects developments which comprise of high quality finishes. Knowledge of interior finishes would be added advantage Development of vendor as per requirement.

 Qualification – Degree/Diploma in civil/electrical/mechanical Engineering.
 Experience – More than 10 years of experience in the field of quality audit & quality assurance in construction field.
 Candidate should be committed and willing to work hard.
 Knowledge of MS Office.
