WANTED - CHEF de PARTIE
A leading Sea-side Resort requires Chef de Partie
No. of positions : 02
1. Supervisor level
2. Should have sound knowledge in any of the following cuisine-Indian, Chinese or Continental.
3. Should know to read & write in English.
4. Should have leadership qualities
5. Should be capable of taking care of the stores in the kitchen and ordering of perishables on a daily basis.
6. Should know the hygiene part of the kitchen and should have the capacity to handle the kitchen utility.
7. Should have the commanding capacity to give orders in the time of al carte operation and check the Quality and Quantity of the food.
8. Should have minimum 05 years of work experience in food production of which a minimum of 02 years should have been as a Commi-I in an established fine Dining restaurant.
9. Should have a good knowledge in personal grooming and should be able to maintain all the grooming standards of the junior staff.
10. Education background not compulsory
11. Package will be in between 7500- 8500 + accommodation and 03 time meals.
