Short Description
Purpose of role:
Overall responsibility for managing the development teams and be a hands-on lead developer who will interact with the Client
Duties:
• Overall responsibility for building rapport with the client and acting as the liaison between the client and the development team
• Gather requirements from the client
• Manage Developers involved with the project to ensure that client requirements are being met by the application
• Plan, schedule and monitor project execution and implementation
• Work hands on with the development team to ensure accurate, timely delivery
• Write Programs as an effective part of the programming team
• Conduct Code Review and guide developers who face difficulty in algorithms and technologically challenging situations
Essential Skills:
• Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
• Ability to accurately estimate LoE and assess resource requirement
• Strong coding skills in Java / Eclipse platform
• Project Management
• Systems Analysis and Design
• Software Development Life Cycle
Desirable Skills:
• Exposure to the Internet Gaming Industry
• Exposure to the Google Android platform
• Exposure to Customer Support activities
