Experience – 8~12 years of experience in Architectural design of buildings specially in industrial plants (steel/ power)
Location – Gurgaon
Education – B.Arch from Premier Institutes
Post Graduate in Industrial Design
Desired Profile –
• Sound understanding of Indian and International codes of building practices
• Full knowledge about National Building code and local municipal by-laws.
• Field experience of working on industrial building projects for 5 years
• Ability to coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) on aspects of complex civil structural works.
• Should be able to lead a team of architects and draftsman
• Should possess outstanding architectural creativity
• Good awareness of associated disciplines like Landscape , Interiors , illumination , optimum use of water, solar and other natural resources.
• Adequate understanding of behavior of structures.
