Short Description
Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment of Contractual positions.
• Understanding the clients business and requirement.
• Sourcing potential, candidates through various sources like database, job portals, referrals etc
• Preliminary screening of resumes against the clients requirements.
• Verifying candidate's educational background, work experience, career expectations and salary negotiation.
• Scheduling the candidates for the first and subsequent round of interviews.
• Coordinating with the candidate at the appropriate time.
• Follow up with candidates till final placements.
• Handling end-to-end recruitment of entry, middle and senior management positions.
• Maintaining a database and update of daily MIS.
• Job posting on job sites, Follow-up with the candidates and clients for the feedback.
• Interaction with the client for getting offer letter to the candidate.
• Closing all the Candidates in terms of Remuneration, Joining Date, and Designation Etc.
• Follow up with candidate till his date of joining.
• Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment of permanent positions.
• Experience in lineup the candidates for weekend drives.
