1] Experience with creative 2D/3D graphic design with Adobe CS4 Photoshop, Firework, Flash Professional, Illustrator, Corel Draw.
2] Demonstrated experience with HTML/DHTML, Java Script, JQuery.
3] Extensive knowledge of Flash (CS3/CS4) with Action Script 2.0 and 3.0.
4] Experience of dynamically loading and parsing XML in Flash.
5] Knowledge of audio/video development in Flash (Flash media players) and Flash walk-through.
6] Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
7] Strong communication and writing skills.
