Job Location/s
Short Description
1. Reports to Regional Manager
2. Installation & Commissioning of PAC at site as specified
3. Training to dealers, dealer service technicians.
4. Implement MIS and SOPs through all service providers.
5. Preparation of site reports, progress report, dealer report etc.
6. Ensure that the smooth operation of service is maintained at all times.
7. Oversee operation & maintenance of PAC at all the site.
8. Oversee job allotment of the SP technicians report.
9. Take instructions from customer care officer & manager about complaints to be attended Co-ordinate with AMC contractors for client equipment.
10. Collect service report from dealer for Regional Office and submit to HO ASAP.
11. Oversee logistics & supply chain managements as directed.
12. Vendor development at region. Must maintain vendor register with all details as directed.
13. Maintain list On behalf of Customer assets in site and hold ownership for the same.
14. Maintain list of on call service providers for Break down maintenance.
15. Keep track of complaints in Help Desk and maintain an acceptable Response levels for complaints logged.
16. Implementation of Preventive Maintenance schedules, Check lists and annual schedule of works and site activities.
17. Know the geographical routes of your zone, state, district, taluka, mauza.
18. Read & listens all received information carefully and take appropriate action in time Keep on mobile round the clock.
19. Maintaining log book.
20. Ensure that the service provider’s technicians/supervisor and clients representative signs the service report Continuous training of all dealer staff in the usage of equipment at site.
21. Suggest new ideas / share experience to others.
