Short Description
1). Reporting to office – to apprise progress in client acquisition and revenue generation.
(2). Involving and discussing with Team Leader for Sales Target Achievement.
(3). Should have updated knowledge on – Financial Products – Features, Advantages and Benefits.
(4). Concentration on Health Insurance, Life and General with working knowledge of MF.
(5). Understanding Revenue generation & effective utilization of available resources to meet revenue targets from the available product mix.
(6). Maintaining DSR and DAR as required by the management at regular intervals
(7). Anaysis of sales MIS report prepared for the self and pursues corrective measures for any deviations from the targets.
(8). Conducting weekly one in-branch activity & one out-branch activity to generate leads.
(9). Leveraging Team Leader for joint calls and product specialists from manufacturers
Experience
• Experience 1-2 years in Financial Products Sales like Home Loan, Credit Card, Insurance or Equity Accounts
• Should have worked in a Sales Organization.
