This is regarding the job opening for ech Support Voice (Inbound Tech support Customer Service).

Graduate / Undergraduate with 6 months to 2 years experience in Voice Based Tech / Semi-Tech Process for an International Call Center.

Experience:
Advance troubleshooting skills for Desktop or Laptops with internal Hardware.
Knowledge on any of Operating systems like Windows 98, Me, 2000, XP Home, XP Pro.
Peripherals like Printers, Scanners and Multifunction Devices
Virus eradication including Manual Virus removal
Networking


Skills :
Strong customer service skills: empathy, listening, enthusiastic, patience, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
