Short Description
Ayushakti (http://www.ayushakti.com/) is a leading Mumbai based Ayurvedic Health services company. With products such as Painmukti and Kaphano, it is now expanding into OTC health care business products. We are looking for Regional Managers for East India and South India based in Calcutta and Chennai respectively to set up the sales and distribution system in the region and launch the new products. This position will report to the CEO of the company.
Responsibilities
Achieving the sales, distribution and collection targets for the region.
This will include the following
- Formulation of sale and distribution strategy for the region
- Recruitment of Area Sales Managers and Sales Staff for the region
- Training and Development of the Area Sales Managers and Sales Staff
- Control and Monitoring of the Area Managers and Sales staff to ensure
execution of sales plans
- Oversee the development and proper functioning of the stockist network
- Monitoring and control over the collections for the region
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Graduate in Management/ Commerce form a good institute
- 4-6 Years experience as Area Sales Manager in good pharma or OTC company
- Proven experience in successfully managing people and distribution network.
