Mandatory Requirements: 8 years experience (at least two years of which has occurred within the last three years), using Oracle's Warehouse Builder Toolset. Work must have been performed in a multi terabyte Data Warehouse environment. Experience should include significant amounts of: Data Sourcing, Data Extraction, ETL Auditing Procedures, Transformation, Publishing and Loading to a Data Warehouse. 8 years experience (at least two years of which has occurred within the last three years) developing Applications using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Experience should include analysis, design, software development and implementation, as well as tuning of SQL Code, PL/SQL packages, procedures and functions in an Oracle Environment. 4 years experience (at least one of which has occurred within the last two years) designing, developing and supporting Unix Shell Scripts, as well as supporting software applications, on an IBM AIX 5.0 or higher platform. 4 years experience (at least one of which has occurred within the last two years) designing, developing, and implementing Portal Applications; installing and maintaining Oracle Portal Tools in a Data Warehouse environment running on IBM AIX Unix; developing applications and support scripting using Java Script, HTML, Portal Development and Oracle Reports. Minimum 4 years experience (at least one of which has occurred within the last two years) designing, developing and trouble shooting Discoverer Workbooks; installing and maintaining Discoverer Toolset in a data warehouse environment; maintaining Discoverer EUL metadata.
Desirable Requirements: Experience developing software for financial applications. 1 point for each year of experience, maximum of 10 points. Two points for a 2 year degree in Accounting; 5 points for a 4 year degree in Accounting. Experience with data modeling relational databases and data warehouse databases in an Oracle Environment. One point for each year of experience, maximum of 10 points. Installation, configuration, patching, monitoring , tuning of Oracle Application Server in AIX environment. One-half (½) point for each year of experience, maximum of five points. Experience with Oracle and AIX LDAP, OID and SSO Services and Administration. One-half (½ ) point for each year of experience, maximum of five points. Administration of Application Server components including the following: OC4J Web Applications, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle Portal, Oracle Discoverer. One point for each year of experience, maximum of 10 points. Experience administering, supporting, tuning, patching and upgrading Oracle Databases. One point for each year of experience, maximum of 10 points. Experience performing financial audits. One-half (½) point for each year of experience, maximum of five points.
