Wanted immediately Technical Lead (Quality) for the IMS BU
Skill: COPC, ISO and Six Sigma
Experience:
Total experience of 4 -5 years with 2 years of relevant experience in Quality in IT/ ITES industry
Qualification: BE/Btech/BSc /BCA
Requirement Specification:
Ideal candidate shall have the following:
• Possess experience in implementing COPC & ISO and similar certifications.
• Possess experience in leading & mentoring high impact improvement projects using Quality tools/techniques
• Possess experience in identification and prioritization of process improvement areas and working on them using Six Sigma / Lean Methodology
• Should have experience in spreading Quality awareness and training people on basic concepts of QMS, Lean Six Sigma.
• Possess experience in preparing the consolidated MIS and Balance Scorecard
• Should have experience in people management
• Should be able to facilitate Operations & Quality reviews for the aligned business internally & externally
• Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be Six Sigma certified (at least a Green Belt)
