Position- Sr Manager/ AGM- EDP (Electronic Data Processing)-New Delhi
Education: MBA-IT/M.TECH/B.TECH /MCA
Experience: 6-8 yrs (min)
Age:Upto 35 yrs
Background- Retail / Corporate Software development & implementation
CTC -6-10 LAC
Reporting To AGM/Vice President-Operations.

Responsible For: Implementation & functioning of software programme

Scope and Purpose of job: Successful implementation of Navision software

Job Responsibilities :
a) Software Programming
b) Implementation of process
c) Coordination and MIS report-Pan India.
d) Responsible for Microsoft L.S Dynamic Retail Navision-4.2 set up
e) Formulating strategies pertaining to overall IT operations and managing the available resources along with facilities management.
f) Administrating the system requirements, issues, maintenance and functioning.
g) Customized Report Generation. Generating basic B.I Reports for Top management.
h) Installing and configuring the database server and Mail server (O.S- Windows 2000/98, SQL, Server 7.0/2000) for optimal performance.
i) Business Solutions, Planning & process Management.
j) Instrumental in completing the IT Audit as per the IT guidelines.

Key Result Areas: Operational reporting and MIS, System control, Data retrieval

Knowledge/Skill: SAP , Microsoft Navision and LS Retail, Database Administration, Vendor Management, Installation, user level testing, maintenance and delivery of user-level support for applications, networks
