Description: the engineers should have 5years of experience and have experience in Power Plants. To provide the commissioning manager and project team with the latest information regarding the progress of the punch listing.



Main duties:

Punch list coordinator will be the Punch List Authorized Individual for the Commissioning team
Generally will follow the punch list system as outlined by project specification
Will review any and all of the punch list issued by Company personnel prior to submittal to ICAPS punch list coordinator and punch list input team
Makes sure that the Field Punch List form is filled correctly, the punch list items are adequately described and pertinent to the System/Subsystem associated, and are
legitimate with respect to any project specification, safety and industry common practice before sending them to ICAPS for registration
Supervises and monitors the inclusion of punch list items in ICAPS and the clearance of such items by the contractor and sub-contractors
Coordinates with project team walkdowns for all project phases: RFC, RFH, RFO, RFSU
Will expedite the review and signing of the completed punch lists by the personnel so as to ensure the completion of the Systems and Subsystems in a timely manner
Will make sure all punch lists from FATs, Outstanding Work Lists & walk downs are introduced in ICAPS
Follows up the introduction and progress of punch lists through all phase completion dossiers
Makes sure that all punch listing system follows up the OPERCOM and ICAPS methodology
Prepares final handover of punch lists to Operations
Administered ICAPS with Documentation as per OPERCOM specifications.
Pre-com and Comm task completion with tracking of Punch for closing and sign-off of Punch List for RFC, RFSU, and RFO & RFH.

Skills and experience required:

Previous experience in Commissioning activites would be a distinct advantage
Previous work as Punch List Corrdinator in a major project will be a distinct advantage
Extensive knowledge of OPERCOM / ICAPS methodology is a requirement
Experience associated with the implementation of ICAPS on previous projects
Spoken & written English
