Short Description
Mandatory Requirements: Based on the Project Requirements, the candidate must have the following skills and experience to be considered responsive to the requirements for this project: 1. Holds a Current CISSP Certification. 2. Holds a Current ITAC Certification 3. Holds a Current ITIL Certification 4. At least 10 years experience with Technical Architecture Implementations 5. At least 3 years experience with architecting IAM solutions, specifically CA Siteminder and CA Identity manager r12.
Desirable Requirements: Based on the Project Requirements, it is desirable that the Contractor consultant staff member(s) have the following skills and experience: 1. Experience with the following “Requirements Definition” tasks: a. Define business goals, functional and non-functional requirements b. Define high level metrics and scope c. Document planned end state d. Define roles involved in the planned end state and their interactions e. Document use cases f. Document constraints 2. Experience with the following “Design” tasks: a. Document High Level Design Specs b. Document Detailed Design Specs c. Define Integration Specs 3. Experience with defining and documenting Test Plan and Test Scenarios 4. Experience in communicating w/ senior level management 5. Minimum 3 year Experience architecting Information Security related projects 6. Minimum 4 year Experience with Application Development projects including standard System Development Lifecycle implementations 7. Minimum 4 years Experience with Technical Architecture projects such as: Information Security and Identity & Access Management implementations.
