We have a requirement for two draughtsmans.
The JD is as follows:

Number of positions: 2

Qualification: Diploma in Civil/Mechanical, with a specialization as AutoCAD draughtsman.

Experience: For 1st position - Minimum 5 years in a similar job. For 2nd position – Minimum 8 years in a similar job.

Skills Required:

1. Proficient user of AutoCAD. He shall be capable of reading, modifying and creating new drawings on AutoCAD.
2. Preparation of plot plan, key plan, floor plans, sections and elevations.
3. Preparation of layout, general arrangement drawings.
4. Preparation of civil drawings such as: raft foundation, footing details, column schedules, grade beam details, solid slab plans & sectional reinforcement details, continuous beams, simply supported beams, cantilever beams sectional reinforcement details, etc.
5. Preparation of drawings for earth work, equipment foundation, cable trenches, drains and flooring.
6. Preparation of architectural and interior design drawings.
7. Preparation of structural drawings for shed, workshop and building.
8. Preparation of structural drawings for equipments.
9. Preparation of piping lay out and PID’s.
10. Preparation of Isometric & Orthographic Drawings from Piping Layouts.
11. Preparation of civil & structural drawings for pipe racks.
12. Preparation of civil & mechanical as-built drawing.
13. Preparation of Plot Plan for Open Pit Mines.
14. Knowledge in Applicable civil standards, steel codes and standards.
15. Proficiency in MS Office.

Skills & Attributes:

1. Ability to visualize plant perspective, interpret other people’s ideas.
2. Work quickly and respond to any required changes.
3. Work as a part of the team.
4. Co-ordinate with engineering personnel.
5. Keep the records of drawings & maintain proper documentation.

Salary package:
US $ 2500 per month (for 5 years’ experience) and
US $ 3000 per month (for 8 years’ experience).
