URGENT HR MANAGER REQ WITH PVT IT COMPANY AT PUNE.
Policy Design and Standardization, work with the country HR team to drive and deploy programs and processes
- Implementation of C&B initiatives in conjunction with Centers of Excellence
- Workforce Planning and Census Management, in order to ensure the optimal resources and staffing process
- CLosely work with payroll team to drive the discipline of the data correctness and reportings
- Monthly MIS on data analytics on Attrition, Engagement and Census management
- Talent Retention Strategy & Plans
- Focal for Rewards & recognition process
HR Generalist role for Supply Base and support function
- Coach, support and advice the client managers in people management, organization and employee relations matters
- Performance Management & talent Management for client group
- Assist in the deployment of local and regional Communication plans (inputs to COE)
