Job Summary / Deliverables:
1.Design specialist and graduates with interior designer and with computer knowledge
2.Expert in making AUTO- CAD based drawings for all scales
3.Experience in corporate architecture.
4.Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
5.Assisting in preparing project documents.
6.Experience of project execution – project size at least 75000 sqft carpet area.
Knowledge of energy saver designs & electrical load calculations.
Core Competencies required for the role/profile.
1.Preparation of BOQ.
2.Making Technical specifications as per budget.
3.Taking requirements and finalize as per SOP.
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point
5.Checking of running bills..
6.Coordinate with various agency vendors to execute the job..
