The Client of JobConsultancy.com is looking for "Account Executive" for the leading client in Bangalore.
Job Description for Accounts Assistant:
To Maintain Accounts Receivables & Accounts payables and preparing manual vouchers.
Maintains day to day Bank transactions.
Maintains petty cash expenses.
Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Reconciliation of all Branches Bank Accounts and monitor the balance at Banks.
Processing of Journal entries.
Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts.
Customers & vendors reconciliation.
Debtors follow-up and the payments to the Creditors as on date and preparation of Age- vise outstanding reports.
Maintains sales Register Books.
Generate receipts for the amount collected from the customers and issue the same to the customers.
Maintain expenses & payments- Project wise statements
Requirement : Immediate
