Are you up to the challenge? As we enter a new era in real estate, we are looking for talented consultants to join our sales and leasing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established company. We are looking for dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic Sales and Rentals Consultants to manage your own geographical area. Ideally, consultants will have expertise in the JLT and Marina areas.
You will be responsible for sourcing and listing quality products. Through marketing, referrals, personal contacts and networking you will search for suitable tenants/buyers and manage all landlord/tenant/buyer liaison, including viewings and offers negotiation. In addition, you will be required to attend daily sales meetings; and, exhibitions and Road Shows when required.
Candidates must demonstrate:
1) Extensive knowledge/experience working in Dubai real estate
2) Target driven
3) Excellent organization, time management and communications skills
4) Customer care attitude
5) UAE drivers licence
6) Professionalism and efficiency
We are offering a basic salary package + commission + car.
